Lost or misplaced keycodes

Solution:
A copy of your registration keys (or keycodes) were sent to you via email immediately upon completing your order (please check your spam and junk mail folders). You can retrieve your registration (or keycodes) at any time by going to our Keycode and Download Center. You will need your email address used to place the order and your order number. If you do not have your order number you can have that sent to you at the Keycode and Download Center.
