Issue:
My pc is running slow and taking too much time to load. How do I resolve this issue?
Solution:
There may be a number of reason why your computer is running slow. The following information may answer some of your question.
1. Before you install a new antivirus product. MAKE SURE that all previous antivirus products are totally uninstalled.

2. You may want to remove some unwanted startup programs which may consume a lot of memory.
To do so follow the steps below:
A.Click on the Start menu and click the Run command.. Then type in msconfig and click enter. B. Go to the startup tab. C. See if there are too many starup items present. If so, then uncheck them. D.Click OK and then restart your pc.
Please Note: You may wish to uninstall applications that are rarely used.
To do so follow the steps below: XP Instructions
- Click on Start
- Locate the Control Panel
- Click on Add or Remove Programs
- Locate the Program you wish to remove
- * In most cases you will be asked to restart your system.
Vista Instructions (ClassicView)
- Right click on the Windows Icon
- Locate the Control Panel
- Click on Progams and Features
- Locate the Program you wish to remove
- Click on the application and this will start the removal process
- *In most cases you will be aske to restart your system.
