Issue:
Receiving Initialization Error when installing software why?
Solution:
Vista has a process call User Account Control. The User must deactivate this feature. Please follow the instructions below to deactivate this setting:
- Click on the Window Icon in the bottom left corner of the screen;
- Go to Control Panel;
- Then Select User Accounts;
- Then click on the underlined Turn "User Account Control On or Off" option;
- Now UNCHECK the "User Account Control" option;
- Click "OK"
Please restart your system before activating antivirus software.
