Black List Error

Issue:
Cannot update receiving blacklist error.

Solution:
During the initial installation the Shield Deluxe may have encountered a software conflict. To resolve this issue repair the installation file:

  1. Right click on the Shield Deluxe icon in the system tray by the clock;
  2. Leftt Click "Exit";
  3. Navigate to Start Button>>All Programs>>Shield Deluxe>>Modify, Repair and Remove;
  4. Select the Repair option;
  5. Follow the wizard prompts;
  6. Reboot your computer;
