Issue: Cannot update receiving blacklist error.
Solution: During the initial installation the Shield Deluxe may have encountered a software conflict. To resolve this issue repair the installation file:Right click on the Shield Deluxe icon in the system tray by the clock;Leftt Click "Exit";Navigate to Start Button>>All Programs>>Shield Deluxe>>Modify, Repair and Remove;Select the Repair option;Follow the wizard prompts;Reboot your computer;
