Free Technical Support Policy: PCSecurityShield offers Free Technical Support to all consumers who have purchased PCSecurityShield products. This support includes Live Chat and Remote Access Support when needed, online FAQ system and our 24 hour guarantee email support system along with our Customer Service Center. PCSecurityShield ONLY offers support for PCSecurityShield products and may need to direct customers to appropriate vendors to assist if the issues are not related to PCSecurityShield products. Support is available 7 days a week, 360 days a year.

Premium Support: Beginning 9/30/2008 PCSecurityShield will make available Premium Support for a nominal fee. Premium Support includes all services available in our Free Support package along with an 800# for phone support open 7 days a week. Premium Support is available for just $14.99 annually (just $9.99 with your order) and includes unlimited support via phone for 1 year.

Please note that if a Remote Access session is taking place, a Live Phone Agent may request to have you switch to Live Chat to conclude the service in order to expedite the process.

Consumer can access appropriate support phone numbers by logging into the Customer Service Center.

All consumers who have purchased a PCSecurityShield product prior to 9/30/2008 will continue to receive our Standard Technical Support.
